Simed shows that Malaga is the third largest national market
The Mediterranean Real estate exhibition (SIMED) has come to a close. This fourteenth edition has seen more than 7500 visitors amongst whom the real estate professionals have earned a reputation. The fair’s extremely varied offer, over 22,000 properties, has translated into invaluable contacts and lucrative transactions.
The fair was attended by more than 160 companies, including the promoter ALEXIA and PrimeHouse which directs the sales of the ALEXIA Torremolinos promotion. The Mayor of Torremolinos, José Ortiz, visited the stand of this company to see the Alexia promotion first-hand. According to the mayor, “Torremolinos maintains the recovery of its real estate market, and is among the ten most dynamic municipalities in the province.”
In addition, in the Simed you could see service companies such as Lumon, a leading European company in the field of glazing terraces and porches without aluminium frames. Also worthy of mention, Airzone, a local pioneering company in obtaining full control of your air conditioning system or radiant floor machine, as well as other functionalities.
The fair also included companies dedicated to energy efficiency, which is a defining feature of the ALEXIA promotion.
The fair was full of residential products with complementary services such as garages, storage rooms, swimming pools or common areas. It should be noted, that the standards of sustainability, environment and energy efficiency have become increasingly relevant in new builds, hence, homes with high energy efficiency qualifications, special materials or specific facilities for the management of consumption were quite common.
According to the director of SIMED, what stood out was the quality of the attendees. The visitors were of a high quality profile, they have a strong purchasing power and seemed to be very decided when it came to acquiring property. It may also be worth adding, that in a survey conducted by CoHispania the buyers seemed to be relatively young with the average age ranging from 25 to 36 years.
ALEXIA and PrimeHouse in Simed
The promoter ALEXIA, through PrimeHouse, commercialized its attractive offer of new build. The company presented at the fair its promotion, composed of 85 homes of 2,3 and 4 bedrooms with extensive services. They also had the opportunity to offer their promotion ALEXIA Caleta de Vélez, with 112 homes of 2,3 and 4 bedrooms.
